Mercator-S company has introduced a new service for DinaCard users who can now get cash by making purchases in retail stores Mercator, Roda and iDEA, without visiting a bank or an ATM.

The “Get dinars” service enables DinaCard users to withdraw cash in the amount of up to RSD 5,000 when making a purchase, irrespective of the amount of the purchase. Owing to the wide network of Mercator, Roda and iDEA retail stores, particularly in places where the ATM network is less developed, this service will be available to a large number of consumers, who will have facilitated access to cash. At the same time, the “Get dinars” service enhances the competitiveness of merchants as it can attract more consumers in a retail store..

The service entails no additional costs for card users or other participants in the transaction, such as issuers, acquirers and merchants.

Deferred payment or payment in two identical instalments, interest-free, at NIS petrol stations for holders of Poštanska Štedionica DinaCard-PostCard

Banka Poštanska Štedionica and NIS a.d. Novi Sad, in cooperation with the NBS, have introduced the option of purchasing fuel, goods or services at NIS Petrol and GAZPROM petrol stations via deferred payment or payment in two identical instalments, interest-free, for holders of DinaCard-PostCard of Banka Poštanska Štedionica.

When paying at the cashier’s, consumers who opt for deferred payment or payment in instalments, using DinaCard-PostCard at NIS Petrol and GAZPROM petrol stations, choose one payment option – a 30-day deferred payment or payment in two identical instalments. If the buyer is paying in instalments, the first instalment is collected in 30 days, and the second 60 days after the payment date.

The minimum amount of the receipt for the consumer to exercise the right to this service is RSD 5,000.

Banca Intesa – payment in instalments by debit card

Banca Intesa enabled payment in instalments for its DinaCard users– offering postponed payment in up to 12 monthly instalments at more than 9,000 points of sale across Serbia.

DinaCard cash withdrawals at NIS petrol stations

The NIS a.d. Novi Sad company has launched a “Take Cash” service for DinaCard users who make payments at NIS Petrol and Gazprom petrol stations. DinaCard users can now draw, in a quick and simple way, up to RSD 5,000 within the NIS large retail network in urban and rural areas, particularly if the place where they live has few ATMs. The transaction is cost-free for all participants (card issuers, card acceptors, merchants and users). Users can obtain more information about this service at the bank that issued their DinaCard.

The “Take Cash” service helps users to both make a purchase and draw cash. At the same time, merchants save time and have lower cash management costs – the amount of cash in the teller is reduced, i.e. the cash is paid to the user and thus credited to the merchant’s account. Merchants also become more competitive as this service is an opportunity for them to attract more consumers.

Banka Poštanska Štedionica – payment in instalments using the debit card

The holders of debit Dina cards of Banka Poštanska Štedionica who are employed under indefinite term contracts or are retired and receive their income through the Bank, have the option of making a purchase under very favourable terms – national card holders can make commission- and interest-free deferred payments in up to six instalments at points-of-sale throughout Serbia. The number of POS terminals is constantly increasing, and it includes IKEA, Gigatron, Tehnomanija, Matis, Đak Sport, Univerexport, Trgopromet, Win-Win, Aman, Mercator, Roda, Idea, etc.

Using this card to pay in instalments is equally beneficial as paying by cheque, only much faster and simpler – there’s no waiting at the check-out, no need to waste time filling out a cheque, and no limits as to the amount per cheque, while the holder decides on the number of instalments when making the purchase. If the holder wants to use the option of paying in instalments, they should choose the number of instalments when making the payment at the POS.

NLB Komercijalna banka – payment in instalments by credit card

NLB Komercijalna banka offers to its DinaCard credit card holders the possibility to make payments in several equal interest-free monthly instalments at over 1,700 points of sale. If the credit card is used at the POS terminal of NLB Komercijalna banka at merchant stores with which the bank has concluded a cooperation agreement, it is possible to make payments in equal, interest-free monthly instalments, as agreed with the merchant. This payment method is an excellent substitute for cheques, as it offers the same benefits, while at the same time being simpler and easier.

Payment in interest-free instalments is a benefit which card holders may, but are not required to, use. As the DinaCard credit card issued by NLB Komercijalna banka is a revolving card, once the instalment payment option is selected, the transaction is divided into the number of instalments agreed with the merchant and is not included in the calculation of principal for the revolving model of payment.

NLB Komercijalna banka – DIS co-brand card

The DinaCard co-brand card is the result of the cooperation between NLB Komercijalna banka and DIS company. It enables card holders to make deferred payments for up to 90 days in DIS stores and franchises, at POS terminals of NLB Komercijalna banka. The card has an approved monthly limit determined on the basis of the wage received through the account with NLB Komercijalna banka and the client’s overall creditworthiness. In addition to the main card, the card holder may also request to be issued up to two additional cards (tied to the main card’s limit). It is important to note that deferred payments are interest-free during the first 60 days, while from day 61 to day 90 NLB Komercijalna banka charges a monthly interest rate of 1.20%.
